History of Priory Group
The Priory Group was established in the early 1980s with the purchase of The Priory in London by an America-based healthcare company. The group operates at about fifty different places but they are famous for their drug and alcohol treatment centers. In the year 2002, the group was sold for 288 million pounds. In July 2005, again the company was resold for 875 million pounds, thus netting the five directors of the company with more than 50 million pounds. The chief executive officer of the group is Philip Scott.
Treatments offered by Priory Group
Since the group provides a number of mental health care facilities in the UK, they also provide schools for Asperger?s Syndrome and High-functioning Autism people.
