Dr. Philip Solomon was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Harvard College of the United States of America. Dr. Philip Solomon was also a student of Harvard Medical School. He acquired his degree of medicine from Harvard Medical School and joined U.S. Navy to serve as a qualified physician.
Dr. Philip Solomon worked as a Commander of U.S. Navy and he was in the 6th Marine Division of at the time of World War II. Dr. Philip Solomon was the Division Psychiatrist of the 6th Marine Division of the US navy. After the end of World War II Dr. Philip Solomon joined as a clinical professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Philip Solomon was also Physician in Chief of the department of Psychiatry of the Boston City Hospital for a long span of 17 years.
